I understand that incomplete applications (including non-compliant video, failure to pay fees, and missing fields in any form) will result in disqualification. I understand the the Application Fees for the "Florida Keys" IMC and Winners Gala Concert are not refundable for any reason. I understand and agree that all decisions made by the panel of judges are final and may not be appealed.
